We bulk-bill all children under 16 years of age and valid Pensioner/Health Care Card holders for standard appointments during weekdays.
Medicare card holders without concession will incur a small out-of-pocket gap fee. Please contact reception for detailed fee structures.
We accept all major Australian private health funds for services not covered by Medicare, such as physiotherapy or specialized travel consultations. On-site claiming is available via HICAPS.
A minimum of 4 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A non-attendance fee may apply if notice is not provided, which cannot be claimed through Medicare.
